NXT GP Primer is a high-solids, all-purpose acrylic primer that delivers excellent adhesion to a wide variety of roof surfaces.
Its high build formulation works as a filler coat on rough and porous cement tiles, helping to level the surface and improve topcoat adhesion and durability.
NXT GP Primer enhances gloss appearance and coverage of NuTech top coat systems such as NXT Cool Coat for long-lasting performance and protection.

Apply one coat at approximately 200 sq. ft. per gallon
SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean surface thoroughly first (high-pressure cleaner over 2500 PSI)
NOTES
- Reinforce weak areas and ridge grouting.
- Allow 4-8 hours drying time depending on temperature and humidity.

PRODUCT LIMITATIONS
- Not recommended for oxidized of powdery tiles (refer NuPrime).
- Do not apply in very cold conditions.
- Do not apply onto very hot surfaces due to flash drying.
- Do not overcoat until GP Primer is completely dry.
