Product Overview
NXT Cool Coat is a high build acrylic roof coating designed to reflect heat and help keep buildings cooler.
Its Thermal Protection Technology reduces solar heat absorption, allowing strong performance even when tinted in darker colors.
Use over a NuTech primer such as NXT GP Primer or NuPrime for a complete coating system with long-lasting protection and improved comfort.

Application
Apply 2 even coats over a NuTech primer.
RECOMMENDED METHOD
Airless sprayer (Graco Magnum X5 or X7) with 619 or 621 tip.
NOTES
Reinforce low areas and penetrations before coating. Usage varies depending on roof age and dryness. Apply top coat within 24 hours over primer.
