CRS Silicone is a bright white, high-solids silicone roof coating created for reliable water resistance and long-term roof protection.
It helps resist UV exposure and performs well over a variety of roof surfaces when properly prepared and primed.
This coating is designed for efficient application and durable performance in residential and commercial roofing environments.

APPLICATION & USAGE
Coverage Rate
For Flat Roofs: Apply CRS Silicone at a minimum spread rate of 2.0 gal per 100 sq ft.
For Pitched Roofs: Apply CRS Silicone at a maximum spread rate of 1.5 gal per 100 sq ft.
Topcoat Coverage
Previously primed or coated roofs: use 2 gal. per 100 sq. ft. of CRS Silicone.*
Application
Apply as one thick coat over a clean, primed, completely dry roof surface.
NOTES
Reinforce seams, drip edge, penetrations, and suspect areas as needed.

- Not recommended for cryogenic tanks.
- Not recommended for cold storage roofing applications without a vapor barrier.
- Do not apply directly over modified bitumen or asphalt/tar based roofing systems without a sealer.
